MALLARD SOLO: Grind on Demand Spout Adapter
The MALLARD SOLO is a streamlined, no-frills version of my original Mallard Doserless Kit (https://balconicoffee.etsy.com/listing/1732228775). This version keeps it simple—just the essentials you need for a clean, efficient grind-on-demand setup.

The Spout Cap allows for quick cleaning access.
The Spout Plate includes a built-in gasket in case the original is damaged or stuck on the OEM doser.
The Puck Adapter is optional but included to ensure a smooth installation.

This kit is designed for Mazzer Super Jolly / Mini models, but compatibility depends on the version:

⚠️ Does NOT work with "Automatic" and "E" versions unless wiring is modified. Wiring modifications are not recommended and are not illustrated in this listing. Modify at your own risk!

Installation takes less than 10 minutes and you will only need screwdrivers and a pair of pliers.
REMOVING OLD DOSER
1. Unplug grinder.
2. Remove the two screw/bolts located under the doser lid on either side of the coffee exit chute.
On some models they are screws and on other they may be 4.5mm bolts (needle nose plier work well)
3. Gently tilt the Doser and lift up to remove. The old gasket may tear that's okay because we
the MALLARD SOLO has a built in 0-ring.
4. Remove old gasket if desired.
MALLARD SOLO INSTALL
1. *Attach "Puck" if needed. This is provided as an extra in case the original is missing.
2. Attach "Spout Plate" with included M4x8 screws (those fancy looking ones). Inspect the rubber ring that is seated.
3. Press "cap" on "Spout Plate" to snap in place.
